Within minutes I had a all back from Usuf, requesting more details/a video of the faulty tap so he could understand the problem. I needed a while new tap. He advised on the cost of the tap plus charges for the elderly , and promptly arrived within a couple of hours to replace the tap. Yusuf, who represents this company, has arrived in a record time, was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional.
