Ashrose / Dean was easy to contact and very helpful beforehand requesting photos for information, and he bought replacement taps in advance ready for the job.
On the day Dean was punctual and was able to get to the bottom of the issues and fit new valves and taps in good time even though locating the stopcock wasn't straight forward. He had various parts and spares with him so didn't need to leave to fetch anything extra to complete the job.
He also sealed around the edges of the outside drains.
Dean was professional, polite, gave details about the job, answered any questions, and completed both jobs in one visit. Thank you!

As we live a distance away I called this company this morning and the chap I spoke to was extremely helpful and said he could be with them today. He arrived promptly , got the issued resolved quickly and efficiently. He also rang me to let me know exactly what he had found and that the toilet was now flushing effectively. Job well done and a big thanks... would certainly recommend and use again if needed.
